The Interior Grasslands Cycling Club (IGCC) was started in Kamloops B.C. in 2005 by cycling enthusiasts for all skill levels of riders. Cycling for fun and fitness is the aim of Interior Grasslands Cycling Club. The Club provides coaching and programs for touring and racing by an NCCP Level 3 coach. Cyclists have the opportunity to participate each Thursday in a variety of races for all levels of riders. These include Time Trials, Hillclimbs, Mass-Start races, Austrilian Pursuits, and Road Races for all age categories. Social club rides are scheduled each Sunday where all new riders and club members of all skill levels are welcome from April through September. Open social rides are enjoyed by all ages and allow cyclists to share their cycling experiences with others.

We also offer bike maintenance, learn-to-ride, and learn-to-race seminars. These instructional sessions provide information on technical racing, general riding tips, and proper bike fit by our fully-qualified members. During the winter months, the club offers indoor spin sessions. The Interior Grasslands Cycling Club is for all cycling disciplines including Road cycling, Cross Country biking, Downhill biking, Cyclocross or BMX racing.  It's all here in Kamloops, B.C.
