Interior Grasslands Cycling Club  was started in in Kamloops B.C. in 2005 by cycle enthusiasts for all levels of bike enthusiasts. Cycling for fun and fitness is the aim of Interior Grasslands Cycling Club. The Kamloops Club provides coaching and programs for touring and racing by an NCCP level 3 coach. Cyclists have the opportunity to particapate Thursdays in Time Trials, Hillclimb, Mass-Start races, Austrilian Pursutes and Road Races in all age catagories. Sundays are social club rides welcoming new riders from April through September for all skill levels. Open social rides are enjoyed by all ages and allow cyclists to share their past cycling experiences with others. We also offer bike maintenance learn to ride and race seminars,technical racing and general riding tips proper bike fit by our fully qualified members. During the winter months the club offers various activities such as indoor spin sessions, etc. The Interior Grasslands Cycling Club (IGCC) is for all cycling disciplines including, Road cycling, Cross Country biking, Downhill biking, Cyclecross or BMX racing.  It's all here in Kamloops, B.C.
